The Academy is located in Stockton, CA just minutes from Highway 99 and is easily accessed from Interstate 5. Motel and hotel accommodations are readily available with numerous restaurants in the area.

The intent of the Academy is to produce competent technicians. Rather than simply instruct students on how to perform the tasks required for their selected area of study, the Academy's program teaches students why water systems work the way they do and how to use that knowledge to be an effective professional cross-connection control technician.
